Ryou Yoshizawa
Ryou kills his victims by burying them alive, or by forcing them into committing suicide, and he is probably the most dangerous of the ghosts, being met more than once, by both Yoshiki Kishinuma and Ayumi Shinozaki, and Satoshi Mochida and Yuka Mochida.
Ryou also appears in the Basement of the school, along with the other two ghost children, Tokiko Tsuji and Yuki Kanno.
They hover over Yoshiki, but disappear once they catch sight of Yoshikazu
Ryou's tongue is found by Yoshiki and Ayumi under a floorboard.
It was later revealed that his death was caused by repeated stabs in the abdomen, shortly after all children's deaths Sachiko began to remove the tongues.
Ryou shortly appears in the basement of Heavenly Host, along with the other ghost children while the group attempts to appease Sachiko.
Ryou appears in the beggining of the chapter laughing with Tokiko while throwing Mayu into the wall, killing her (although this was all the dream).
He then later appears in the end of the chapter in the Infirmary and killing Mayu.
Tokiko Tsuji
Ayumi Shinozaki and Yoshiki Kishinuma see Tokiko walking next to Yuki Kanno into the infirmary.
When the two follow her inside, they see that the two children spirits were having a conversation with Mayu Suzumoto beforehand.
At first Mayu's friends are worried, but then she tells them to read the newspaper article containing information of Tokiko and Yuki's deaths.
After being angered by Mayu's friends, Tokiko and Yuki possess Mayu and refuse to let go of her.
When Yoshikazu Yanagihori's doll expresses remorse, Tokiko and Yuki become angered, and then send Mayu to her death by throwing her into a wall and pulverizing her body upon impact.
In the third chapter, Tokiko appears along with Ryou Yoshizawa and Yuki, who look down on Yoshiki.
The three children spirits disappear once they catch sight of Yoshikazu.
Tokiko shortly appears in the fourth chapter, running around with Yuki in the hallway.
Tokiko's tongue is found by Yoshiki and Ayumi inside of a spigot at the pool.
It was later revealed that Tokiko's death is caused by repeated stabs with a sharp item above her jawline, which caused her head to separate from the rest of her body, found next to her corpse, and the subsequently removal of the tongue.
Yoshiki and Ayumi then return her tongue, and she thanks them before disappearing.
Tokiko only makes a small appearance in this chapter, only showing up for a short moment in the basement of Heavenly Host, along with the other children spirits.

Yuki Kanno
Yuki is responsible for the death of Mayu Suzumoto, with some help from Tokiko Tsuji. Together they threw Mayu down the corridor near the infirmary, obliterating her on impact with the wall.
Yuki appears for a short moment inside the basement of Heavenly Host, along with Ryou Yoshizawa and Tokiko.
The three children spirits hover over Yoshiki Kishinuma, but leave once they catch sight of Yoshikazu Yanagihori.
Yuki also appears near the second wing, chasing Yuka Mochida with a pair of scissors.
Yuki tries this tactic on Yuka once again, when she is running from Sakutaro Morishige and decides to hide in the bathroom.
Yuki traps her inside, but when Yuka drops her scented beads, Yuki stops and begins to sniff them, allowing Yuka to escape.
After being appeased, Yuki became a loyal friend of Ayumi Shinozaki and Yoshiki, at first letting them return home and then helping the two to appease Sachiko Shinozaki in order to bring the others back.
Nevertheless, she also informs the team that she won't be able to help them for too long because the sorrow and resentment of those who died in the school will make her return as a vengeful spirit.
It was later revealed that Yuki initially was a 5th grader at Heavenly Host Elementary School.
On a rainy night after school, she went to the outdoor walkway to pass some time as she was having a fight with her mother and didn't want to see her.
One of the teachers at the school, Yoshikazu, approached her and she told him what was going on, and after listening to her for a while, he kidnapped her and brought her to the basement of the school with several other students.
Bound and blindfolded, Yuki was forced to listen to two other students get brutally murdered before she herself was killed by Sachiko, having her left eye repeatedly stabbed with rusted scissors and her tongue cut out.
Yuki's spirit continued to live on inside the alternate dimension of Heavenly Host Elementary School after the real building was demolished.
She wandered the school building with the spirits of the two children that were murdered with her.
Together, they, along with Yoshikazu and the spirit of Sachiko, kill any who enter. After Ayumi learns the truth about the murderer, Yuki offers to bring them both back to Heavenly Host.
Whether or not Yoshiki chooses to go back with Ayumi or not, Yuki will later appear to send him back.
Yuki later appears in the basement of Heavenly Host, along with the other children spirits, at the appeasing of Sachiko.
Beforehand, she gives the group a warning about the following event, advising them to be careful.
After Sachiko has been appeased, Yuki warns Satoshi and his group that they only have a short window of time to escape from the school.

Mayu Suzumoto
Due to her troubles at home, Mayu is forced to transfer to another school.
Her last day of school is also the day of Kisaragi Academy's cultural festival, where she thoroughly enjoys herself, and stays after school to listen to Ayumi Shinozaki's ghost stories about Heavenly Host Elementary School.
She becomes upset when they prepare to leave, sad that she may never see her friends again, so Ayumi and the rest of her class perform the "Sachiko Ever After" ceremony to cheer her up.
Shortly after they perform the ceremony, an earthquake occurs and opens a gaping hole in the floor that Mayu and her classmates fall through.
Mayu awakens to find herself inside the long-demolished Heavenly Host.
She enters the school infirmary and encounters two ghosts, Tokiko Tsuji and Yuki Kanno. After reading a nearby newspaper article, she learns that the two ghosts were victims of the murder/kidnapping case that led to Heavenly Host's demolition in 1973.
Feeling sorry for the ghosts, Mayu tries comforting them by talking about her school, classmates, and teachers.
Ayumi and Yoshiki soon enter the infirmary and try to persuade her into leaving the ghosts' side. Mayu refuses and instead tells them about the murder/kidnapping.
However, the ghosts capture Mayu and, despite a friendly gesture from Ayumi in an attempt to calm them down, take Mayu outside and launch her down the long hallway at a high speed, splattering her entire body on the wall at the end of the hallway.
She makes one more contribution to the story by mysteriously and creepily calling Morishige, beckoning him to stop fascinations of gawking at her bloody remains, causing the other to lose sanity and his life.

Seiko Shinohara
Seiko stays after school with her class during Kisaragi Academy's cultural festival to listen to Ayumi's ghost stories about Heavenly Host Elementary School.
As they prepare to leave, Ayumi decides to perform a "Sachiko Ever After" ceremony with her classmates to comfort Mayu over her upcoming school transfer.
Shortly after they perform the ceremony, an earthquake occurs and opens a gaping hole in the floor that Seiko and her classmates fall through.
Seiko and Naomi find themselves trapped together inside the long-demolished Heavenly Host.
The two learn several things about Heavenly Host from ghosts and documents inside the building, including the school's multidimensional nature and the series of kidnappings and murders that occurred in 1973.
While searching for a way out of the school, Seiko discovers to her dismay that she had lost her paper scrap charm from the "Sachiko Ever After" ceremony.
She brings Naomi to the school's infirmary to mend her ankle (which she had sprained earlier), and then hears Yuka's voice crying out for Satoshi.
Seiko briefly leaves Naomi to find Yuka, but fails and returns to Naomi to find that she has been attacked by a ghost in the infirmary.
Seiko tries to comfort Naomi, but Naomi cracks under the stress she had accumulated in the school and has an argument with Seiko: Naomi accuses Seiko of not taking their predicament seriously, but Seiko argues that she's just worried about her family at home.
Their spat ends with the two going their separate ways.
Though hurt by Naomi's remarks, Seiko tries to make up with her via an e-mail on her cellphone.
Before she can send it, she encounters Naomi, who has become possessed by the malevolent spirits of the school.
Naomi brings Seiko to the girls' lavatories on the third floor and hangs her by the neck inside one of the stalls.
Naomi then wandered the school aimlessly until she regained her senses and, unaware of her actions while possessed, returns to the lavatory to find the hanged Seiko barely alive. Despite Naomi's efforts to save her, Seiko suffocates to death.
